Bernard’s Fine Meats for the Holidays

 

If the holidays are a time to sit down with family to enjoy the traditional Crown Roast of Lamb or other favorite roast, now is the time to place your order with our Meat Department. Take a look at our Fine Meats for the Holidays Menu where you will see a variety of mouthwatering roasts that our experienced butchers will prepare for you: Leg of Lamb, Prime Rib Roast, Crown Roast of Pork, Turkeys, Cornish Hens, Racks of Veal and more. Holiday Cocktail Parties

The holidays are right around the corner. If you are planning a get-together for the office or with friends and family, take a look at Bernard’s brand-new Holiday Cocktail Party Menu. It’s a delectable assortment of enticing hors d’oeuvres, including authentic fondues and an array of the traditional and the exotic, from Filet Mignon & Sweet Potato Kebabs to Lump Crabmeat with Gruyere & Salsa in a Blue Corncup. This menu is sure to get the party started. We will provide for chefs, bartenders, waitstaff and rentals as needed. Thanksgiving with Bernard’s

 

With Thanksgiving approaching, why not plan your dinner in advance and leave the cooking to us? Bernard’s has just released its classic Thanksgiving Menu, featuring all the traditional fare, such as Free Range Whole Roasted Turkeys with Sage & Thyme, along with some less common, yet delicious dishes, such as Truffle Infused Capon with Sage & Celery Stuffing. You will find Baked Brie en Croute, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Mini Maryland Crabcakes, Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, Whole Maple Bourbon Glazed Spiral Ham and many more tempting items. For dessert we are offering classic homemade pies: Apple, Apple Crumb, Pumpkin, Pecan and more. For our vegan customers, our chefs have prepared a special Vegan Thanksgiving Menu, including soups, appetizers, entrees, sides and breads—all deliciously prepared without animal products. Bernard’s Famous Jewish Cuisine

 

Bernard’s wishes a very happy and healthy New Year 5769 to all of its Jewish customers, many of whom enjoyed our delicious, authentic Jewish cuisine during the High Holy Days celebration. Bernard’s chefs recognize the creative fusion of the Ashkenazic, Sephardic and Mizrachi traditions of Jewish cookery. Our Jewish dishes reflect the rich diversity of all of these international cuisines. Bernard’s can offer any of its phenomenal Jewish dishes with at least 48 hours advance notice. If you have chosen a vegan lifestyle, or just prefer to avoid meat and dairy, you will want to come to Bernard’s and taste some delicious vegan dishes. Our innovative Chef de Cuisine, Robert Soriano, offers a selection of creative vegan entrées, which may include: Vegetable Biryani, Ratatouille Napoleons, Tomato & Spinach Pilau, Cauliflower Steaks with Broccoli Purée, Baked Miso Tofu with Rice Noodles, Cantonese Noodles with Bok Choy & Chili Bamboo Shoots, Falafel with Moroccan Yellow Split Pea Purée and Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Soy Teriyaki Dipping Sauce.

One day motoring to a pre-prom celebration, the next day shooting off to an elegant outdoor lawn party or barbecue. The Bernard’s van has been helping us grow our catering business, event by successful event.
