Bernard’s very
popular series of tastings and special events offers our customers a chance to
learn about exciting new foods in the best way—from experts as they get to
taste them! Past Tasteful Events have featured a variety of eclectic offerings:
fine wines and cheeses from around the world, imported and domestic smoked
salmon, fine chocolates, premium coffees, green tea, olives, sausages, slow
dried fruits, jams and preserves, knishes and even quinoa, considered the
“superfood of the Incas.”

Cellar Sorbet Tasting
Looking for a perfect intermezzo or palate
cleaner to serve between courses of your favorite holiday meal? Wine Cellar
Sorbets are delicious and will be coming to Bernard’s for a Tasteful Event on
Monday, Nov. 22 from 11:30 am until 3 pm: “Enjoy an Exquisite
Intermezzo with Wine Cellar Sorbets”. Come to Bernard’s and taste the
finest quality sorbets made from finished wines. These sorbets were recently
featured on the NBC Today Show and have received numerous awards, including

Bernard’s on Monday, Oct. 25 with “Perfect Crumbs with Laura
& Co.” from 11:30am – 2:30pm. Laura will be here with her irresistible
original Crumbs, along with new Crumb toppings and also Gluten-Free Crumbs. If

exciting tastings returns with “Dress Up Your Salad with
Sue’s Dressing!”, two Tasteful Events @ Bernard’s on Thurs., June 3 and
Sat., June 5, from 11:30am – 2 pm. Come and taste what the buzz is all about!
The famous Sue from Sue’s Dressing will be on-hand to sample out her fantastic
tongue-tingling Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, drizzled on top of tomato and
fresh mozzarella, on pumpernickel bread. Also try her light and creamy Cucumber

Events @ Bernard’s returns on Mon., Nov. 9, with “Perfection & The Art of
Coffee Roasting” with Georgio’s Coffee Roasters, from 11:30am – 2pm. Read all about the demo!
Few individuals know more about coffee roasting and brewing than Georgio, who has
traveled the world, perfecting his knowledge of coffee beans and roasting
techniques. Come for this free coffee demonstration, which will begin with the
transformation of raw coffee to roasted in his one-pound roaster. Then taste
three of Bernard’s most popular coffees: Colombian, House Blend and the
ever-requested Indonesian. Finally, don’t miss the Siphon Brewing Demo. The
siphon process was begun by the French over 180 years ago and many believe it
