With Thanksgiving fast approaching, why not plan your dinner in advance and
leave the cooking to us? Bernard?s has just released its classic
Thanksgiving Menu, featuring all the traditional fare, such as Free Range
Whole Roasted Turkeys with Sage & Thyme, along with some less common dishes
such as Truffle Infused Capon with Sage & Celery Stuffing. You will find
Baked Brie en Croute, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Mini Maryland Crabcakes,
Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, Whole Maple Bourbon Glazed Spiral Ham and
many more tempting items. For dessert we are offering classic homemade pies:
Apple, Apple Crumb, Pumpkin, Pecan and more. For our vegan customers, our
chefs have prepared a special Vegan Thanksgiving Menu, including soups,
